DatMean is an audience technology marketing company, founded by José Luis Valdivieso, Rocio Baztán and Salvatore Cospito. The company helps monetize qualified audiences, putting them at the service of advertisers. They cover two different needs, on the one hand to help monetize the audience to companies thus generating a new revenue channel and, on the other hand, to help any advertiser to really communicate with their target audience in a simple way. The differential value of Datmean is that they have developed the first market place for Second Party data in Spain. They help monetize their audience to companies related to the world of ecommerce, making those profiles available to advertisers to better reach their target audience. Today they have more than 4 million segmented profiles with very detailed information on them. The company operates from Madrid, where they have their headquarters, although they work in more than a dozen countries. At the moment they have not entered into any acceleration program nor have they called investment rounds, since they have been able to operate with the initial capital that they placed among the three founding partners. His proposal and work was recognized last year by Websummit, being one of the startups selected to participate as an Alpha project.
